Mortgage Broker – Woking

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Mortgage Broker to join a friendly, established team in Woking. You will work from modern offices with free parking, advising clients on mortgage solutions and building long‑term relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Provide tailored mortgage advice to new and existing clients.
• Manage an existing client portfolio while generating new business.
• Research and recommend suitable mortgage products.
• Oversee mortgage applications through to completion.
• Liaise with lenders, solicitors and other third parties.
• Stay up‑to‑date with market trends and regulatory requirements.
• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the process.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Mortgage Broker, Adviser or Consultant.
• Relevant mortgage qualifications such as CeMAP or equivalent.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Proactive, organised and passionate about helping clients achieve property goals.
