Mortgage Case Manager

About the role

Join a high‑performing Mortgage Case Management Team that handles end‑to‑end mortgage applications. You will guide cases from submission through to completion, ensuring speed, accuracy and a great customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Own a large pipeline of post‑submission mortgage cases (100‑140+), moving them efficiently to completion.
• Serve as the primary liaison between customers, lenders, conveyancers and surveyors, providing proactive updates.
• Collaborate with Mortgage Experts to secure optimal outcomes for each client.
• Manage DIP submissions, lender communications, offer chasing and document checks.
• Monitor lender service levels, rate changes and policy updates to keep cases on track.
• Specialise in a defined part of the process, becoming a subject‑matter expert.
• Thrive in a fast‑paced, agile environment where responsiveness is essential.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of high‑volume, end‑to‑end mortgage case management experience.
• Proven ability to manage a large caseload with tight timelines while staying organised.
• Strong understanding of the full mortgage process and lender requirements.
• Comfortable navigating rate changes, lender SLAs and maintaining momentum.
• Team‑player mindset with a customer‑first attitude and flexibility for shift patterns and optional overtime.

What we offer

• Basic salary £32,000 with performance‑based banding up to £36,000.
