Mortgage & Commercial Finance Broker – High Earning Potential

About the role

We are seeking an ambitious Mortgage Adviser to join a directly authorised brokerage in New Milton. The role combines residential mortgage advice with commercial finance, offering flexibility, home‑based work and the chance to develop a broader lending portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Assist first‑time buyers, existing homeowners and business owners in securing appropriate finance.
• Manage both regulated residential cases and larger commercial lending transactions.
• Provide warm leads each month while cultivating your own introducer and client relationships.
• Attend the New Milton office once a week for collaboration and compliance purposes.

Required profile

• Current CeMAP qualification.
• Proven experience as a Mortgage Adviser.
• Experience with commercial or complex mortgage cases is desirable.
• Existing client or introducer network is a plus.
