About the role

Finlink Ltd is seeking an experienced Mortgage Manager to lead the development and performance of Mortgage Advisers across its expanding branch network in South East England. This field‑based position focuses on onboarding, coaching, and driving commercial success while ensuring high‑quality customer outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Support the onboarding and induction of new Mortgage Advisers.
• Coach existing advisers to improve performance, productivity, and confidence.
• Develop and monitor adviser development plans, observations, and reviews.
• Help improve mortgage and protection product performance.
• Work within the company’s training and competency framework.
• Review KPIs, identify improvement areas, and share best practices across branches.
• Collaborate with Area Mortgage Managers, training, and compliance teams.
• Provide insight and recommendations for performance decisions.

Required profile

• CeMAP qualified or holding an equivalent mortgage qualification.
• Strong mortgage knowledge and experience supporting adviser performance.
• Background as a Mortgage Manager, Area Mortgage Manager, Senior Mortgage Adviser, Training & Competence Supervisor, Sales Manager, or Performance Coach within mortgage or financial services.
