Mortgage Paraplanner – Residential & BTL Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Mortgage Paraplanner to join our award‑winning independent mortgage and protection brokerage in South West London. The role supports residential and buy‑to‑let mortgage cases as well as associated protection products, working closely with the Managing Director and advisors.

Key responsibilities

• Research and source suitable mortgage and protection products to meet client criteria.
• Liaise with advisors, administrators, lenders, protection providers, solicitors and clients to progress cases to completion.
• Submit residential and BTL mortgage applications and insurance applications using relevant sourcing software and lender/provider portals.
• Ensure all work complies with FCA standards and delivers excellent service.

Required profile

• Strong mortgage paraplanning/administration experience within the independent market.
• Excellent organisational, planning and communication skills.
• Technical ability with mortgage case terminology and initiative to manage priorities.
• Team‑oriented mindset and desire to progress in a growing business.

Required skills

• Mortgage product sourcing software.
• Lender online platforms and portals.
• Protection product sourcing software.
