Mortgage Paraplanner / Senior Mortgage Administrator

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Mortgage Paraplanner / Senior Mortgage Administrator to join a fast‑paced financial services firm. You will manage high‑volume mortgage pipelines, including complex residential, buy‑to‑let, remortgage and overseas cases, ensuring smooth progression from application to completion.

Key responsibilities

• End‑to‑end mortgage case management from application submission to completion.
• Package and submit mortgage applications to lenders and providers.
• Handle residential, BTL, remortgage and complex cases, including overseas/expat scenarios.
• Act as primary contact for clients, lenders, solicitors and estate agents.
• Proactively chase lenders, underwriters and third‑party parties.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and manage pipeline updates.
• Process compliance documentation, KYC, AML and FCA requirements.
• Track fees, commissions and payments.

Required profile

• Highly experienced Mortgage Paraplanner or Mortgage Administrator.
• Demonstrated ability to handle complex, high‑volume mortgage pipelines.
• Experience with overseas or expat mortgage cases (highly desirable).
• CeMAP qualification (highly desired).
• Strong knowledge of FCA compliance, KYC and AML processes.
• Self‑starter with excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
