Mortgage Performance and Development Manager

About the role

This brand‑new position is focused on boosting the confidence and success of mortgage advisors within a fast‑growing estate agency. You will lead onboarding for new advisors, coach experienced staff, and ensure the Terms & Conditions framework is applied to the highest standard.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver onboarding and induction support for new Mortgage Advisors.
• Coach and develop existing advisors to improve performance, productivity and protection penetration.
• Conduct observations, KPI reviews, development reviews and CPD support within the T&C framework.
• Support branch integration and embed new recruits across Surrey, Sussex and Hampshire.
• Share best practice and contribute to continuous improvement of sales processes.
• Provide insight, reporting and recommendations to support performance decisions.
• Collaborate closely with Area Mortgage Managers, the Financial Services Director, Training Manager and Compliance.

Required profile

• Motivated by developing others and driving performance.
• Strong relationship‑building skills.
• Solid work ethic, organised and able to thrive under pressure.
• Experience in coaching, onboarding or performance management, ideally within financial services.
• Confident working within a T&C framework.
• Full UK driving licence.
