About the role
We are looking for a passionate Mortgage & Protection Adviser to join our Gateshead office. You will help clients achieve homeownership while ensuring they have appropriate financial protection.
Key responsibilities
- Engage with clients to understand their mortgage and protection needs.
- Provide honest, expert advice on a wide range of mortgage products and protection options.
- Guide clients through the home‑buying journey, making the process clear and supportive.
- Stay up‑to‑date with market changes and lender criteria.
Required profile
- CeMAP qualified (or equivalent).
- Previous experience in mortgage advising.
- Excellent communication and people skills.
- Organised, self‑motivated and able to manage own workload.
