Mortgage & Protection Adviser – Full‑time in Glasgow

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Mortgage & Protection Adviser to join our Glasgow office. You will help clients navigate the home‑buying process while ensuring they have the right protection in place.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with clients to understand their mortgage and protection requirements.
• Provide honest, expert advice on a wide range of mortgage products and protection options.
• Guide customers through each stage of the home‑buying journey, making the process clear and confidence‑building.
• Keep up to date with market developments, lender criteria and regulatory changes.

Required profile

• Current CAS status.
• Minimum two years’ experience in a mortgage broker environment with a proven track record in mortgage and protection sales.
• Demonstrated ability to manage your own pipeline and deliver consistent results.
• Self‑motivated, driven mindset and ability to work autonomously.
• Based in or willing to work from our Glasgow (Cumbernauld) office.
