Mortgage & Protection Adviser – Full‑time, Swindon

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Mortgage & Protection Adviser to join our Swindon office. In this full‑time position you will help clients navigate the mortgage market and secure appropriate protection, ensuring a smooth path to home ownership.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with clients to assess their mortgage and protection requirements.
• Provide clear, unbiased advice on a wide range of mortgage products and protection options.
• Guide customers through each stage of the home‑buying process, from application to completion.
• Monitor market developments and lender criteria to keep recommendations up‑to‑date.

Required profile

• CeMAP qualification or equivalent (mandatory).
• Minimum of one year experience in mortgage advising.
• Excellent communication skills and a genuine people‑focused attitude.
• Highly organised, self‑motivated and capable of managing an independent workload.

Required skills

• Mortgage product knowledge.
• Protection product knowledge.
• Understanding of lender criteria and market trends.
