Mortgage & Protection Adviser – Full‑time/Contractor

About the role
We are seeking a passionate, people‑focused Mortgage & Protection Adviser to join our growing team. You will help clients achieve their home‑ownership goals while ensuring they are financially protected.
Key responsibilities
- Chat with clients to understand their mortgage and protection needs.
- Provide expert, honest advice on a wide range of mortgage products and protection options.
- Guide clients through the home‑buying journey.
- Stay up‑to‑date with market changes and lender criteria.
Required profile
- CeMAP qualified (or equivalent) – mandatory.
- Previous experience in mortgage advising.
- Excellent communication skills and a genuine people‑oriented approach.
- Organised, self‑motivated and able to manage your own workload.
