About the role
We are seeking a motivated Mortgage & Protection Adviser to join our Portsmouth team on a hybrid basis. You will help clients navigate the mortgage market, provide protection advice, and support them throughout the home‑buying process.
Key responsibilities
- Engage with clients to understand their mortgage and protection requirements.
- Deliver honest, expert advice on a wide range of mortgage products and protection options.
- Guide customers through each stage of the home‑buying journey, making the experience clear and confidence‑building.
- Monitor market trends and lender criteria to ensure up‑to‑date recommendations.
Required profile
- CeMAP qualified (or equivalent) – mandatory.
- Previous experience in mortgage advising.
- Excellent communication skills and a genuine people‑oriented approach.
- Organised, self‑motivated and capable of managing your own workload.
