Mortgage & Protection Advisor – Exeter

About the role

Connells is seeking an ambitious Mortgage & Protection Advisor to join its Exeter branch. You will work in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment, providing expert mortgage and protection advice while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with Estate Agency colleagues and generate new business referrals.
• Provide tailored mortgage and protection advice that meets each customer’s needs.
• Guide customers through the entire mortgage process, from application to completion.
• Deliver excellent customer service while consistently meeting performance targets.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of mortgage products, market trends, and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Full CeMAP qualification (or equivalent).
• Proven ability to thrive in a target‑driven environment.
• Strong customer service and relationship‑building capabilities.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
