About the role
We are seeking motivated Mortgage & Protection Advisors to work from home, joining a directly authorised mortgage brokerage. The role focuses on generating your own business and earning uncapped commission.
Key responsibilities
- Provide mortgage and protection advice to clients.
- Generate new business through your own network and methods.
- Utilise the company’s sourcing software and CRM system.
- Collaborate with mortgage advisors to receive protection cases.
- Optionally purchase leads and SEO marketing support.
Required profile
- Experience in providing protection advice.
- Existing business plan or network to generate sales.
- Willingness to work independently and self‑generate leads.
Required skills
- Knowledge of protection products and regulations.
What we offer
- Self‑employed role with OTE of £50,000+ (uncapped).
- Tiered commission splits starting at 50% and rising to 80%.
- Access to CRM and sourcing software for a small monthly fee.
- Monthly commission payments and in‑house compliance support.
- Fully home‑based work across the UK.
