About the role

We are seeking a self‑employed Mortgage & Protection Advisor to work remotely, delivering independent advice across the whole market. You will operate under a commission‑only model with an OTE of £60k+ and full 24/7 support from our brokerage.

Key responsibilities

Provide mortgage and protection advice to clients, sourcing the best deals from the entire market.
Manage your own business pipeline and maintain strong client relationships.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of products.
Collaborate with the brokerage team for support and product access.

Required profile

CeMAP (or equivalent) qualification.
Previous experience in mortgage and protection advising.
Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities.
Self‑motivated and comfortable working in a commission‑only environment.
