About the role

Join Connells Group’s fast‑paced, target‑driven team as a Mortgage & Protection Advisor. You will provide expert mortgage and protection advice while delivering an exceptional customer experience in Birmingham.

Key responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with Estate Agency colleagues and generate new business referrals.
• Provide tailored mortgage and protection advice to customers.
• Guide customers through the entire mortgage process from application to completion.
• Deliver excellent customer service while meeting performance targets.

Required profile

• Full CeMAP qualification (or equivalent).
• Proven ability to work in a target‑driven environment.
• Strong customer service and relationship‑building skills.
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
