MOT Tester – Vehicle Repair Centre, High Wycombe

About the role

We are seeking a qualified MOT Tester to join a reputable vehicle repair centre in High Wycombe. The successful candidate will perform MOT tests on Class 4 and Class 7 vehicles, diagnose fault codes and ensure all work meets manufacturer and company standards.

Key responsibilities

• Perform MOT tests for Class 4 and Class 7 vehicles.
• Diagnose fault codes and accurately identify MOT failures.
• Complete work to manufacturer and company standards within agreed timeframes.
• Maintain a professional image and deliver excellent customer service.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Assist in workshop workflow optimisation and productivity.

Required profile

• Valid Class 4 and Class 7 MOT licences.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Proven experience as an MOT Tester in a busy workshop environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Motivation to expand technical knowledge and skills.
