Motion Designer (AI Startup)

About the role

We are looking for a high‑energy Motion Designer to join our fast‑growing AI startup. You will lead motion‑graphics promotions across social media and conferences, turning complex technical concepts into engaging visual stories.

Key responsibilities

• Develop a user‑centric motion design system that scales across all products.
• Collaborate with design, GTM, and product teams to bring scripts to life.
• Animate assets that can be embedded directly into the product experience.
• Perform QA to ensure all creative assets are polished, on‑brand, and release‑ready.
• Help ship products efficiently to deliver value for customers.

Required profile

• Motivated to move fast and close deals within days.
• Passionate about mass adoption of AI technology.
• Strong work ethic, willing to work long nights and weekends when needed.
• Committed to excellence and taking ownership of outcomes.
• Humble, eager to learn, and optimistic in a positive team environment.

Required skills

• 3+ years of professional Motion Graphics experience.
• Advanced proficiency in After Effects.
• Proficiency with Figma for design collaboration.
• Experience with Rive and Lottie animation tools.
• Solid understanding of basic animation principles.
