Motor Claims Handler - 100% remote

About the role

Robert Half is seeking experienced Motor Claims Handlers to join a fast‑growing claims team on a fully remote basis. The initial assignment is for three months, with the possibility of extension or a permanent position. You will guide customers through the motor insurance claims journey, delivering professional and empathetic support from first notice of loss (FNOL) to final resolution.

Key responsibilities

• Handle motor insurance claims via phone and email, ensuring a courteous and empathetic customer experience.
• Manage the end‑to‑end claims process, from FNOL through to settlement, while keeping customers informed.
• Anticipate customer needs and take proactive actions to keep claims on track.
• Provide clear guidance and relevant information to help customers understand required documentation and next steps.

Required profile

• Minimum two years of experience in motor claims FNOL or full‑cycle claims handling.
• Strong knowledge of insurance claims terminology, processes and best practices.
• Experience with commercial motor claims is advantageous.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
