Motor Injury Claims Handler – Remote

About the role
We are partnering with a leading global loss adjusting and claims management organisation to recruit an experienced Motor Injury Claims Handler for their TPA division. The role is primarily remote, offering the chance to manage third‑party motor injury claims from first notification to settlement while working with insurers, brokers and solicitors.
Key responsibilities
- Manage a caseload of third‑party motor injury claims from inception through to conclusion.
- Assess liability, investigate incidents and negotiate settlements.
- Review and validate claims against client requirements and delegated authority agreements.
- Process claims via the Official Injury Claim (OIC) portal.
- Liaise with solicitors, claimant representatives, insurers and other stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate records and provide regular updates on claim progression.
Required profile
- Previous experience handling motor injury claims in a claims environment.
- Strong knowledge of liability, indemnity and claims investigation.
- Ability to manage a caseload independently in a fast‑paced setting.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
