Motorcycle Sales Executive

About the role

An exciting opportunity for a motivated Motorcycle Sales Executive to join a busy dealership in Christchurch. You will guide customers through the full sales journey, from initial enquiry to delivery, ensuring a premium experience at every stage.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with customers in the showroom, online and via telephone.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable motorcycles and related products.
• Conduct motorcycle presentations and arrange test rides.
• Manage the complete sales process from enquiry to hand‑over.
• Promote finance, insurance and accessory packages.
• Build long‑term relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Maintain accurate records using CRM and dealership systems.
• Achieve and exceed individual sales and performance targets.
• Stay up‑to‑date with product knowledge, offers and market trends.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a sales or customer‑facing role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Target‑driven with a positive, can‑do attitude.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Desirable: automotive or motorcycle sales experience.
• Desirable: passion for motorcycles and the motorcycling industry.
• Desirable: experience selling finance and value‑added products.

• Basic salary £25,000–£30,000 per year.
