Motorcycle Sales Executive – New & Used Bikes

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Motorcycle Sales Executive to join a reputable dealership in Cheltenham. The role involves selling new and used motorcycles, accessories, and related finance and insurance products, while delivering exceptional customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Sell new and used motorcycles, accessories, finance, insurance and warranties.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets on a regular basis.
• Guide customers through the purchase process, including delivery updates and after‑sales support.
• Collect payments and ensure all financial paperwork is completed before handover.
• Promote after‑sales services, clothing and accessories to maximise repeat business.

Required profile

• Previous experience in automotive or motorcycle sales (highly desirable).
• Strong customer‑service orientation and ability to build lasting relationships.
• Passion for motorcycles and motorcycling culture.
• Proactive, results‑driven attitude with a customer‑centric approach.
• Valid UK motorcycle licence preferred.
