Motorcycle Sales Manager – Lead a Dealership Team

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Motorcycle Sales Manager to lead a high‑performing sales team at a well‑established dealership in Christchurch. This role combines leadership, sales strategy and a passion for motorcycles to drive revenue and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop the motorcycle sales team.
• Drive new and used motorcycle sales and achieve finance and accessory targets.
• Manage showroom activity, stock display standards and customer service quality.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to maximise profitability.
• Produce regular sales reports and performance analysis.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers and manufacturers.
• Ensure compliance with dealership processes and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Sales Manager, Business Manager or Senior Sales Executive in the automotive or motorcycle sector.
• Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong leadership and team‑management abilities.
• Excellent communication and customer‑relationship skills.
• Full UK motorcycle licence and/or full UK driving licence.
