Moulding Technician

About the role

We are a leading manufacturer of plastic products seeking an experienced Moulding Technician to support increased production during the busy summer period. The role offers both full‑time and part‑time options with flexible shift patterns to match your availability.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and operate injection moulding machines to meet required cycle times.
• Perform efficient tool changes to minimise downtime.
• Monitor product quality and resolve processing or tooling issues.
• Optimise machine performance for maximum efficiency and output.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organised working environment.

Required profile

• Previous experience setting and processing injection moulding machines.
• Strong knowledge of tool changing, process optimisation, and troubleshooting.
• A valid Forklift Truck (FLT) licence or willingness to obtain one.
• Proactive, positive attitude with excellent problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
