Move Manager – Government Contracts

About the role

Our client, a historic British relocation specialist, is looking for a Move Manager to support government contracts. You will act as the first point of contact for corporate customers, ensuring smooth door‑to‑door shipments and high‑quality service.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate end‑to‑end door‑to‑door moves for corporate accounts, adhering to contract KPIs.
• Liaise with the agent network, internal departments and sister companies to meet operational requirements.
• Maintain and monitor shipment tracking worldwide using the central system.
• Manage financial and operational files in Navision, ensuring rates and specifications are applied.
• Issue and collect post‑move reports (PMR) and support processing of MAF initiations.
• Perform additional administrative duties as needed.

Required profile

• Excellent written and verbal communication with a professional telephone manner.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and ability to work under pressure.
• Well‑presented, reliable, punctual and a proactive team player.
