MPS Support & Deployment Specialist – Live Production

About the role

Join a global entertainment leader as part of a Live Production Editorial Support team. You will ensure seamless execution of complex live editorial workflows, supporting remote production environments and high‑stakes live streaming events.

Key responsibilities

• Provide front‑line, high‑trust support to unblock productions and protect creative time.
• Monitor automated file transfers and system health, proactively resolving issues before they impact productions.
• Offer deep expertise on core post‑production tools such as media ingestion, asset management, conform processes, and visual effects pulls.
• Collect critical signals and feedback from productions to drive continuous improvement.
• Partner with Product and Engineering teams to prioritize bug fixes and develop troubleshooting utilities.
• Collaborate with production technology teams, delivering workflow insights that inform product development.

Required profile

• Experience in post‑production support, vendor process management, or studio/network support.
• Strong understanding of content creation, on‑set production, and post‑production services.
• Familiarity with industry‑standard production and post‑production software.
