MSK Physiotherapist (Temporary/Part-Time)

About the role

We are seeking a passionate Musculoskeletal (MSK) Physiotherapist for a temporary, part‑time (or full‑time) locum position in Southampton. You will work in a state‑of‑the‑art facility with modern rehabilitation equipment and strong multidisciplinary support.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a varied MSK caseload from initial assessment through to rehabilitation.
• Deliver evidence‑based, patient‑centred treatment plans.
• Use outcome measures to monitor and demonstrate patient progress.
• Support patients in achieving a safe and effective return to function.
• Build and maintain referral relationships with healthcare professionals.
• Contribute to an outstanding patient experience and uphold high clinical standards.

Required profile

• BSc or MSc in Physiotherapy and HCPC registration.
• Ideally 3+ years of MSK experience.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills.
• Customer‑focused and adaptable.

• IT skills – confident use of clinical systems.
