About the Role

As a Multi-Site Business Manager for Charlotte Tilbury within Boots Northern Ireland, you will be the heart and soul of our counters. We are looking for an entrepreneurial leader with a sharp commercial acumen to drive a unique brand vision and deliver a magical customer experience across multiple locations.

Main Missions

• Drive commercial performance and exceed KPIs through strategic business management.
• Create and lead a magical customer experience by establishing authentic emotional connections.
• Act as a brand ambassador, mastering makeup artistry and promoting exceptional products.
• Coach, mentor, and develop your team through continuous on-the-ground training and support.
• Collaborate and innovate by building lasting relationships with retail teams and headquarters.
• Manage multi-site operations with high organizational standards and problem-solving agility.

Profile Required

• Proven experience in a management role (Deputy Manager or higher), ideally within Beauty, Retail, or FMCG.
• Strong track record of delivering exceptional results in both sales KPIs and people development.
• An inspiring leader capable of motivating teams and driving brand loyalty.
• Highly organized, proactive, and able to think and act quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• An entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for the luxury beauty industry.
