Multi Skilled Engineer – Facilities Maintenance

About the role

We are seeking a Multi Skilled Engineer to join a leading blue‑chip company on a static site in central London. The role involves full‑time facilities maintenance across a range of building services, with opportunities to progress into a supervisory position.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out reactive breakdown repairs and scheduled preventative maintenance (PPM) on site.
• Maintain and service electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, water and air‑handling systems.
• Diagnose faults, record work performed and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
• Collaborate with the facilities team to support continuous improvement and sustainability projects.
• Work a 40‑hour week with optional overtime.

Required profile

• Background in electrical or mechanical engineering on large commercial sites.
• Relevant qualifications in Electrical, Mechanical, HVAC, Plumbing or a related discipline.
• Experience with HVAC, water and electrical systems.
• Motivated to develop towards a supervisory role.
