Multi Skilled Engineer – Night Shift (3 on 3 off)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Multi‑Skilled Engineer to join a busy manufacturing site in Milton Keynes on a 3‑on‑3‑off night shift (5 pm – 5 am). You will own a varied mechanical and electrical workload, ensuring equipment reliability and supporting production continuity.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical breakdowns.
• Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) tasks.
• Identify repeat failures and drive reliability improvements.
• Update maintenance records using the CMM system.
• Support production teams to minimise downtime while maintaining high health‑and‑safety standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Multi‑Skilled Maintenance Engineer.
• Strong mechanical and electrical fault‑finding abilities.
• Relevant engineering qualifications.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably food/FMCG.
• Proactive problem‑solving attitude.
