Multi-skilled Groundworker (Lancashire)

About the role

As a Multi‑skilled Groundworker you will carry out repair and improvement works across Lancashire, ensuring safety, efficiency and client satisfaction while liaising with office staff, managers and customers.

Key responsibilities

• Complete all ground‑work repair and improvement tasks to a high standard.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams, managers and customers.
• Provide support to colleagues as directed by management.
• Perform additional duties appropriate to the job level.

Required profile

• Competent in flagging, fencing and brickwork trades.
• NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) in a core ground‑work trade.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to plan, prioritise and meet deadlines.
• Full awareness of health and safety requirements.
• Full UK driving licence (essential).
• Experience with housing associations and managing repairs is desirable.
