Multi-skilled Joiner – Construction & Repairs

About the role

We are seeking a Multi-skilled Joiner to deliver repair and improvement work across Lancashire. This permanent, full‑time position offers a salary of £35,915 per year and involves field‑based duties in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Complete repair and improvement tasks safely, efficiently and to client satisfaction.
• Communicate effectively with office staff, colleagues, managers and customers.
• Provide support to colleagues as directed by your manager.
• Perform additional duties appropriate to the job level.

Required profile

• Competent in at least two trades, one of which must be joinery (e.g., plumbing, plastering, tiling, roofing, glazing).
• NVQ Level 2 qualification in a core trade or equivalent.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Strong teamwork and communication abilities.
• Full awareness of relevant health and safety requirements.
• Experience in a housing association environment is desirable.
