Multi-Skilled Machine Operator

About the role

KP Snacks is looking for a Multi‑Skilled Machine Operator to join the production team at its Holmfield site. You will work on a rotating three‑shift schedule, helping to keep the snack‑making lines running smoothly and meeting daily output targets.

Key responsibilities

• Operate a range of packing and processing machinery to achieve production targets.
• Troubleshoot and resolve line issues to minimise downtime.
• Carry out product testing and ensure quality standards are met at every stage.
• Maintain high standards of housekeeping, health, safety and hygiene.
• Clean lines during change‑overs or shutdowns and follow IWS ways of working.
• Collaborate with colleagues to improve line performance and efficiency.

Required profile

• Willingness to work a three‑shift rotation (including weekends).
• Commitment to health, safety and hygiene procedures.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.
