Multi Skilled Tutor

About the role

Mantra Learning is seeking a Multi Skilled Tutor to join its Middleton campus. You will deliver employability and logistics‑focused programmes to diverse learner groups, both face‑to‑face and virtually, supporting their progression towards industry‑relevant qualifications.

Key responsibilities

• Teach pathway programme qualifications within the Employability/Job Gym department.
• Create personalised learning plans, set and mark work‑related tasks, and monitor learner progress.
• Provide guidance on course suitability, enrol learners, and maintain inclusive learning environments.
• Ensure compliance with awarding body standards, ESFA, and Ofsted requirements.
• Track attendance, performance and report outcomes to management.
• Collaborate with line managers to develop and improve employability programmes.

Required profile

• Experience delivering education or training to adult learners, preferably in logistics or related sectors.
• Strong communication skills and ability to motivate varied groups.
• Flexibility to support occasional after‑hours delivery.
• Commitment to inclusive teaching practices and continuous improvement.
