Multi Trade Operative – Carpenter/Plumber

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Multi‑Trade Operative who can combine carpentry and plumbing expertise, together with additional trade skills, to provide first‑class maintenance services for properties in March, Chatteris, Whittlesey and surrounding areas.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out routine maintenance, responsive repairs and void works across a portfolio of residential properties.
• Perform property MOT inspections and address any specialist trade issues.
• Undertake secondary trade tasks as required, ensuring work is completed efficiently and to deadline.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and communicate with tenants and internal teams.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a carpenter and plumber, with the ability to work on additional trades.
• Strong customer‑care focus and reliability.
• Valid UK driving licence (company vehicle provided).
• Eligibility to work in the UK and willingness to reside in England or Wales for the duration of employment.
• Clear basic criminal record check.
