Multi-trade Operative

About the role

We are looking for an adaptable and enthusiastic Multi‑trade Operative to join our Repairs team. You will carry out a range of repairs in customers' homes across Coventry, Nuneaton and Bedworth, ensuring issues are resolved quickly, safely and to a high standard.

Key responsibilities

• Perform carpentry, plumbing and plastering repairs in residential properties.
• Respond to on‑call duties and work flexible hours as required.
• Travel to multiple sites using a company‑provided van and maintain tools and equipment.
• Communicate effectively with customers to ensure satisfaction and safety.

Required profile

• Proven experience in carpentry, plumbing and plastering.
• Strong commitment to delivering high‑quality work.
• Self‑motivated, proactive and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel within the operational area.
• Right to work in the UK and willingness to undergo a basic DBS check.
