Multi Trade Operative – Maintenance & Upgrades

About the role
The Multi Trade Operative will carry out general multi‑trade works for planned maintenance upgrades across Riverside’s housing stock, including kitchens and bathrooms. You will work on customer‑occupied sites and be provided with a van, fuel card and full PPE.
Key responsibilities
- Perform multi‑trade maintenance and upgrade tasks, primarily in kitchens and bathrooms.
- Ensure work complies with relevant legislation and property‑management standards.
- Travel to various sites across the organisation’s portfolio, using a company‑provided van.
- Maintain accurate records of work completed and report any issues.
Required profile
- Experience within the construction sector.
- Good understanding of legislation related to maintenance and property management.
- Good standard of education.
