About the role
We are seeking a Multi Trade Operative specialised in plastering to work in the Malling area of Kings Hill. The role is full‑time, Monday‑Friday, 40 hours per week on a temporary contract.
Key responsibilities
- Carry out a wide range of maintenance and responsive repair tasks.
- Perform void works and property MOT inspections.
- Work across specialist plastering trades and secondary trades as required.
- Complete all tasks efficiently and within agreed deadlines.
Required profile
- Experience in plastering and general maintenance work.
- Ability to work independently on site and manage a full‑time schedule.
- Willingness to operate a company van and use a fuel card.
- Flexibility to work under PAYE or umbrella arrangements.
