About the role

Ian Williams is seeking a skilled Multi Trade Painter to join its Voids team in the Exmouth area. You will specialise in void and refurbishment projects, delivering high‑quality painting and decorating work while supporting small repairs across other trades.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out interior painting and decorating works to prepare properties for handover.
• Perform basic repairs in carpentry and plumbing as required.
• Manage timelines and ensure projects meet client deadlines.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and adhere to health‑and‑safety standards.

Required profile

• NVQ Level 2 qualification in Painting and Decorating (or equivalent).
• Experience with basic property maintenance repairs.
• Familiarity with domestic or social housing refurbishment is advantageous.
• Full UK driving licence.
