Multi Trader – Carpentry (Milton Keynes)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Multi Trader with a strong carpentry background to join a busy team delivering repairs, maintenance and improvement works across occupied and void residential properties in Milton Keynes and surrounding areas.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out general carpentry repairs and maintenance in both occupied and vacant homes.
• Perform reactive and planned maintenance tasks, diagnosing faults and providing repair solutions.
• Undertake minor repairs across multiple trades where required.
• Maintain properties to expected standards and record completed work.
• Liaise professionally with tenants and residents.

Required profile

• Proven carpentry experience within housing maintenance or social‑housing environments.
• Ability to work safely and independently on a varied workload.
• Excellent customer‑service and communication skills.
• Relevant trade qualifications are advantageous but not essential.
