Multi Trader – Heritage Building Specialist

About the role

Our client, a respected heritage building contractor, is seeking two experienced Multi Traders to join their Special Works Department. You will work on a variety of historic, listed and traditional properties across Essex, Cambridgeshire, Suffolk, Kent, Hertfordshire and London.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out carpentry, plastering and decorating tasks on heritage and residential projects.
• Assist with the restoration and repair of listed buildings, public houses and traditional homes.
• Travel to multiple sites and ensure work complies with health and safety standards.
• Collaborate with a skilled team to deliver high‑quality craftsmanship using both traditional and modern techniques.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a range of trades, particularly carpentry, plastering and decorating.
• Basic health and safety knowledge and a valid driving licence.
• Ability to work on historic or listed buildings is advantageous.
• Positive attitude, good communication skills and a team‑player mindset.
