Multi Trader – High-End Commercial Projects

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Multi Trader to join our Building & Projects team, delivering high‑end commercial fit‑out, maintenance and refurbishment work across Oxfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Hertfordshire and Bedfordshire. The role involves travelling to premium sites, interacting with high‑net‑worth clients and ensuring a professional, high‑quality finish.

Key responsibilities

• 2nd‑fix carpentry works
• Tiling and finishing works
• Basic plastering and patch repairs
• Painting and decorating
• Snagging and general maintenance tasks
• General multi‑trade duties as required
• Working safely, cleanly and efficiently at all times
• Representing the company professionally on high‑end projects

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Multi Trader or Maintenance Operative
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage workloads effectively
• High attention to detail and pride in workmanship
• Full UK driving licence preferred

• Daily rate of £130‑£150 depending on experience
