Multilingual Paralegal – Document Review (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking multilingual paralegals to join a high‑profile AI legal project on a remote basis. The role involves reviewing and annotating legal documents in one of the target languages, supporting the development of next‑generation AI tools for legal citation analysis. Candidates must be based in the UK and have professional fluency in a listed language.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct advanced research of primary law sources, including case law and statutes.
• Identify and assess legal authority relationships such as overrulings, compliance issues, and regulatory changes.
• Prepare clear, concise summaries and annotations of legal findings.
• Follow established workflows to maintain high productivity, accuracy, and volume targets.

Required profile

• Native or professional fluency in Norwegian, Finnish, Hungarian, Estonian, Slovak or Slovenian.
• Strong primary law research skills with experience analysing legal authority relationships.
• Excellent legal writing focused on clarity and conciseness.
• High attention to detail and ability to work independently while meeting production goals.

Required skills

• Experience with AI or machine‑learning concepts (preferred).
• Proficiency using legal research technology and database‑driven tools.
