About the role

Join Rise Technical Recruitment’s fast‑growing European division as a Multilingual Recruitment Consultant. No prior recruitment experience is required – you will receive full training and support to become an expert recruiter handling high‑value technical and engineering placements across Europe.

Key responsibilities

• Develop into the go‑to recruiter for your assigned industry sector.
• Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process, from sourcing to placement.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates.
• Utilise LinkedIn, AI tools and networking events to source top talent.
• Represent Rise Technical Recruitment professionally at all times.

Required profile

• Fluent in English and at least one additional European language (e.g., German, French, Spanish, Dutch, Polish).
• Self‑motivated, ambitious and financially driven.
• Professional, strategic mindset with a focus on high‑value client engagements.
• Resilient, goal‑oriented and able to persevere in a target‑focused environment.

Required skills

What we offer

• Base salary of £26,000 per year.
• Uncapped commission with an OTE of £40‑50k in the first year.
