About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled Multi‑Skilled Bodyshop Technician to join a reputable automotive bodyshop in Windsor, Berkshire. You will work in a modern, well‑equipped workshop delivering high‑standard repairs and paintwork for a variety of vehicles.

Key responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive body repairs from initial assessment to final finish.
• Carry out paintwork, including spraying and refinishing, to manufacturer standards.
• Refurbish and repair vehicles, ensuring compliance with specifications.
• Diagnose and rectify bodywork and paint defects efficiently.
• Meet productivity targets while maintaining quality.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and client satisfaction.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a bodyshop technician with multi‑skilled capabilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Strong knowledge of vehicle repair standards and safety regulations.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Valid automotive qualification or equivalent motor‑trade experience.
