Multiskilled Engineer – Electrician & Maintenance

About the role

We are seeking a Multiskilled Engineer to join our team at Southern Water’s Water Works. The role involves both electrical and general maintenance duties across multiple client sites, offering a blend of planned and reactive work in a dynamic environment.

Key responsibilities

• Perform statutory Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance tasks.
• Carry out electrical installations, repairs and inspections in line with the 18th Edition wiring regulations.
• Execute general maintenance activities on water infrastructure and related equipment.
• Travel between client sites as required, collaborating with a team of engineers.
• Document work performed and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.

Required profile

• Mandatory 18th Edition electrical certification.
• NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 qualification.
• AM2 certification and Test/Inspect experience highly desirable.
• Proven ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
