Multi‑Skilled Maintenance Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a Multi‑Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join a well‑established manufacturing business in Evesham. You will be responsible for keeping plant equipment running safely and efficiently, supporting both electrical and mechanical systems.

Key responsibilities

• Identify failure modes of plant and electrical equipment and restore operation within reasonable timescales.
• Diagnose and repair equipment breakdowns, liaising with engineering day teams to resolve long‑term issues.
• Locate, collect and return spare parts using the maintenance management system.
• Record work, obtain maintenance schedules and feed back completed tasks via system notifications.
• Carry out preventive maintenance routines and collaborate with fellow engineers to meet Planned Preventative Maintenance schedules.

Required profile

• Significant experience as a Multi‑Skilled Maintenance Engineer in a manufacturing environment.
• Completed a maintenance engineering apprenticeship.
• NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent City & Guilds/HNC) in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• Ability to work under pressure, self‑motivated with strong reporting accuracy.
