Multi‑Skilled Maintenance Engineer (Manufacturing)

About the role

We are seeking a Multi‑Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join a well‑established packaging manufacturer in Warminster. The role is site‑based and offers a stable, long‑term position with a three‑shift pattern designed to support work‑life balance.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out planned preventative maintenance on a range of production machinery.
• Respond promptly to reactive breakdowns to minimise downtime.
• Maintain and service Flexographic printers, die cutters and gluers.
• Work collaboratively with a close‑knit engineering team.
• Participate in optional weekend overtime as required.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a multi‑skilled engineer in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Familiarity with 17th or 18th Edition IEE Wiring Regulations.
• Ability to commute to Warminster.
• Willingness to work a rotating three‑shift schedule.
