Multi‑Skilled Maintenance Engineer – Night Shift (4‑on‑4‑off)

About the role

This permanent position is based at a busy FMCG production site in Salisbury and operates on a 4‑on‑4‑off night shift pattern. You will join a growing engineering team that values continuous development and specialist training.

Key responsibilities

• Perform reactive and preventative maintenance on production equipment.
• Diagnose faults, carry out repairs and ensure minimal downtime.
• Support upgrades and modifications to plant machinery.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and follow safety procedures.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a maintenance engineering role within a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to work night shifts on a 4‑on‑4‑off roster.
• Willingness to travel from surrounding towns such as Andover, Winchester, Warminster, Southampton, Blandford Forum or Ringwood.
