Multiskilled Maintenance Technician

About the role

Join a market‑leading components and technology supplier as a Maintenance Engineer. You will be responsible for keeping electronic, electrical and mechanical equipment running smoothly in a fast‑paced production environment.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out scheduled preventative maintenance on electronic, electrical and mechanical machinery.
• Perform electronic fault‑finding and resolve breakdowns during production runs.
• Record completed tasks, maintain stock inventory and order spare parts.
• Communicate effectively with all levels of staff and contribute to continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Uphold high health‑and‑safety standards, wearing full PPE where required.

Required profile

• Apprenticeship qualified or equivalent in an electronics discipline.
• Positive, can‑do attitude with a willingness to go the extra mile.
• Experience in wafer fabrication or clean‑room environments.
• Proven ability with electrical motors, control panels, PCB fault finding down to component level and soldering.
• Logical troubleshooting approach and experience working in full PPE with chemicals.
• Eagerness to learn and develop engineering skills.

• Preventative maintenance of mechanical equipment (training provided).
